Learning Higher-Dimensional Science

Science is the field that explains the events of nature in a more reproducible way. It is generally accepted that today's modern science arose in the Europe in seventeenth century, introducing a new way to understand the natural world.

Because of the evolution of the science, major changes in agriculture, manufacturing, transport and technology has been taking place since nineteenth century.

The onset of Industrial Revolution gives a major turning point in human history whereby almost every aspect of daily life was influenced in some way. For instance, average income and population began to exhibit unprecedented sustained growth.
The natural science has undoubtedly brought progress and higher productivity to enhance our lifestyle.

However, the natural science that we learn today in the school, whether it is physics, chemistry, or biology is still not able to explain some events which are claimed to be scientific, or appeared to be scientific. These events in fact do not obey any appropriate scientific methodology. It is due to lacking of strong supporting evidence to account for these events. It is sometimes named by human as pseudoscience, fringe science or metaphysics.

It is that today's natural science can only illustrate the 3-dimensional world by our five senses.

For examples, Newton's Law answers why an apple falls onto the ground; Archimedes' Principles explains why a body floats on the water; Ohm's Law accounts for the current flowing through a conductor is proportional to its potential difference between any two points.

But, in order to describe fringe science, we are required to think out of the box, out of the science.

I would like to take an interesting example written by Rich Deem on Extra-dimensionality of God.

Let's imagine we are the observers of a universe which contains only 2 dimensions of space and 1 dimension of time. All things in this universe exist in a flat plane. Everything is flat. We observe this 2-dimensional universe from a 3-dimensional space. Let's say there are X, Y, Z, and 3-dimensional cube-sized God in this 2-dimensional universe.

This God, being a 3-dimensional body, can opt to interact with the 2-dimensional universe or not to. Let's say this cube God decides to reveal himself to X, Y, and Z in this 2-dimensional world.

The cube God places himself above the plane directly in front of X and extends a tip of his cube into the plane of the 2-dimensional universe. X sees this revelation of its God as a point.

The cube God then places himself above the plane directly in front of Y and extends the intersection of two sides of his cube into the plane of the 2-dimensional universe. Y sees this revelation of its God as a line segment.

The cube God then places himself above the plane directly in front of Z and extends an entire side into the plane of the 2-dimensional universe. Z feels this revelation of its God as four line segments joining each other as a square.

All three get together and talk about their experiences seeing their God. X insists its God is a point. Y says its God is a line. Z states its God is four lines joining each other. Even though there is one cube God. They come to the conclusion that there are three Gods, because the God each saw appeared differently to each one in their 2-dimensional world.

Therefore a God does exhibit extra dimensions, when described in a lesser dimensional universe would seem to represent more than one entity. Likewise, our God, who must exist and operate in dimensions beyond our understanding.

Some of 3-dimensional living things including some of the humans possess the ability to see spirit, or ghost, or energy gas which appears not scientifically at certain periods. While in other times, they cannot see them. This is because these spirit, ghost and energy gas which are the higher-dimensional living things appear not to be seen and revealed its body to the 3-dimensional life.

Extra-terrestrial life may be a form of higher dimension. Human sometimes are able to observe them, see them on the sky. Whereas there are times human are not able to see them. Perhaps, the extra-terrestrial life are just beside us and not revealing themselves. (Image on the left taken from NASA)

Metaphysics is a form of science that explains the fundamental nature of being and the world which is not easily defined in today's modern science. Pseudoscience and fringe science are the
higher dimensional science which serve the similar purpose.

In fact, modern scientific questions are addressed as a part of metaphysics known as natural philosophy. Today's scientific method has made the natural philosophy empirical and experimental activity unlike the rest of philosophy. By the end of the eighteenth century, it had begun to be called science to distinguish it from philosophy. It was thereafter that metaphysics became the philosophical inquiry of a non-empirical character into nature of existence.
